Collaboration with our clients is the keystone for achieving project goals and creating an enjoyable experience along the way. - After an initial conversation, we will schedule a free consultation at your property to learn more about the project
- If we both decide our services and approach are a good fit for your project then we will prepare a design or construction estimate
- Upon acceptance of the estimate you will be provided with a welcome packet to establish realistic timeframes for your project, company contacts and other client resources
From the initial meeting until the completion of the project we listen to your thoughts/ideas and will work with you to design and build them into your unique space. We will check in with you throughout the project to ensure we are designing and constructing the vision we agreed upon.
We always encourage the traditional onsite meeting to review progress and make thoughtful decisions throughout all phases of a project. Our favorite times are when clients join in on the final placement of key features in their landscape. Whether it is the slight turning of a mailbox stone or edging of a garden bed, these perfectly placed details will be noticed and enjoyed for years to come.
In addition to our in-person collaboration we use a project management application to keep our clients updated throughout the project so they can see photos of the progress and post questions or comments along the way. This tool keeps all communication in a single location, eliminating daunting email threads or the need to call for project updates if you are away or do not live full time at the property.
